We're back in business!

I have to apologize for being such a slacker! My computer was having major issues! But all is well and we will pick up where we left off. This month we are highlighting vegetarian dishes. This one is tough for me being born and raised on a beef ranch! I'll need extra help but I have a few dishes in mind.
